Assist the Maintenance Director with the overall safety, appearance, and maintenance of the facility in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local requirements at all times
Take part in part in painting, light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, grounds maintenance, and preventative maintenance
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum a High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D required
Knowledgeable on various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems required, HVAC certification a plus
Knowledge of safety regulations required
Reliable source of transportation and valid driver’s license required
Maintenance experience preferred; especially in a healthcare facility
